2021-12-12: None of the sites listed are online anymore so all links point to the Internet archive. A lot of the sites, especially the ones using frames, haven't been succesfully archived and consquently left out of the current list.
The buttons indicate (special) features of the sites that I had documented back in 1998. I've left out the obivous features, basically all the sites have Tips & tricks and Level codes 2-20.
